Had a great round of golf. Very friendly staff and players. The GF tag is fantastic - a metal logo with your engraved name! No range - only hitting in nets, but ok putting green.
Lundin Golf Club is one of Scotland's most popular links golf courses. Located within 20 minutes of St Andrews, this picturesque links course meanders along the Fife coastline to provide a superb golfing challenge that has dated back to 1868.
Lundin was originally laid out by Tom Morris before extensively redesigned by five times Open Champion James Braid in 1909.
The par of 71 is one that is rarely beaten. The examination here is one that requires each golfer to navigate strategically placed burns, cavernous pot bunkers and have first-class course management. It isn't necessarily length that is key to scoring well at Lundin but a measured head and plenty of patience to play the course as it is presented in front of you.
Fine links fairways and excellent greens have ensured that it has been regularly selected as a final qualifying golf course for The Open Championship when it ventures to The Old Course at St Andrews.
With many great pubs and restaurants available within a short walk of Lundin Golf Club, golfers heading here for a tour of the great nearby links of Dumbarnie Links and Elie Golf Club are assured a memorable weekend of golf within this historic region.
